Basketball Recap: Masterman Gets the Win

While Masterman's victory against Constitution wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Masterman sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 30-27 win over Constitution on Friday.

Peyton Simmons had a dynamite game, putting up 28 points in addition to eight steals and seven boards. Those 28 points gave her a new career-high.

The victory got Masterman back to even at 1-1.

Masterman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 43-18 defeat against Science Leadership Academy on the 6th. As for Constitution, they have also already played their next game, a 46-16 loss against Parkway Center City on the 6th.
