Volleyball Recap: Kokomo Falls Despite Big Games from Tia Williams and Torre Willis

Kokomo was the 2-0 winner over Richmond when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildkats fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Despite the loss, Kokomo had strong showings from Torre Willis, who had seven digs and two aces, and Tia Williams, who had six digs and three aces.

Kokomo has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Richmond, their victory bumped their record up to 8-17.

Kokomo has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Muncie Central on the 11th. As for Richmond, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Anderson on the 11th.
