Calvary Christian extended their postseason success on Friday against First Presbyterian Day. They put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 8-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 15 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Calvary Christian's ninth in a row) raised their record to 25-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for First Presbyterian Day, with the defeat, they broke their 13-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-4.

Coincidentally, Calvary Christian and First Presbyterian Day will both be playing Strong Rock Christian the next time they take the field. The Vikings will head out to face the Patriots at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
