Indio is 1-9 against Coachella Valley since May of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Indio Rajahs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs at 5:30 p.m.

Indio is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 15th straight game on Thursday. They took a blow against Twentynine Palms, falling 59-25. While losing is never fun, the Rajahs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1193rd, while the Wildcats are ranked 297th).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Coachella Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They managed a 54-49 victory over Yucca Valley on Thursday.

Coachella Valley's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Indio, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.

Indio took a serious blow against Coachella Valley in their previous meeting last Thursday, falling 60-28. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Coachella Valley's Mariah Figueroa, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds.
