Soccer Recap: Fowler Victorious

While Fowler's victory against Delano wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Redcats narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Tigers 2-1.

Aileen Espinoza was the driving force of Fowler's attack as she scored both of Fowler's goals, bringing her season total up to four goals.

Fowler's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Delano, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-2 record this season.

Fowler will head out on the road to challenge Avenal at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Delano and McFarland will compete for holiday cheer at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
