Basketball Recap: Mt. Eden Comes Up Short

Mt. Eden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost to the Overfelt Royals on the road by a 46-30 margin.

Mt. Eden's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Overfelt, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Looking ahead, Mt. Eden will challenge St. Patrick-St. Vincent at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Overfelt, they will face off against San Mateo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bearcats have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
