Basketball Recap: North Duplin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Duplin suffered their biggest defeat since February 4th on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a 76-42 loss at the hands of the Clinton Dark Horses.

Despite the loss, North Duplin saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jae'Lyn Ingram posted 15 points. Another player making a difference was Noah Price, who scored eight points.

Taylen Moore went supernova For Clinton., going 7-for-11 to rack up 17 points and eight rebounds. Those 17 points gave Moore a new career-high. Anyahs Butler was another key player, putting up 15 points and three steals.

North Duplin now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Clinton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

North Duplin has already played their next contest (against East Columbus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Clinton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, an 89-74 victory against Hobbton on the 12th.
