There's no place like home for South Lake, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They put the hurt on the Eustis Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

South Lake never let Eustis on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-23.

South Lake had a senior duo take command as Ava Fedorovich had 15 digs and two assists and Iris Trowbridge had 15 assists and three digs. Fedorovich has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.

South Lake was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've posted in their last 11 matchups.

South Lake now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Eustis, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
