Soccer Game Preview: Benicia vs. Acalanes

The Benicia Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Acalanes Dons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Benicia is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They had just enough and edged Antelope out 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in December of 2024, Acalanes was forced to settle for a draw on Saturday. Neither they nor California could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Alex Salazar and Stella Hamilton scored all three of Acalanes' goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Benicia's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. With that draw, Acalanes' record moves to 2-1-3.
