Soccer Recap: King/Drew Victorious

King/Drew kept a clean sheet against Foshay on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Foshay Wolverines. The Golden Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wolverines, too.

Kennedy Caesar and Keora Calanch scored both of King/Drew's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

The victory made it two in a row for King/Drew and bumps their season record up to 6-2. As for Foshay, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King/Drew will venture away from home to take on Port of Los Angeles at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Foshay, they are taking a road trip to challenge Fremont at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
