Football Game Preview: The Woodlands Highlanders vs. Klein Collins Tigers + How To Watch

Two dominant signal callers in Jack Daulton and Braydon Schoggin are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Woodlands Highlanders will take on the Klein Collins Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as The Woodlands comes in on four and Klein Collins on five.

The Woodlands is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They never let Benjamin Davis get on the board and left with a 24-0 win. The 24-point effort marked the Highlanders' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Klein Collins was able to grind out a solid victory over Bridgeland on Friday, taking the game 37-27. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 57th, while the Bears are ranked 217th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Klein Collins' win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for The Woodlands, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

The Woodlands barely slipped by Klein Collins in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, winning 28-27. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
