Fellowship Christian waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the King's Ridge Christian Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Paladins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fellowship Christian got a great performance from James Sharp as he didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave Sharp a new career-low in walks (one).

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Walker Waggoner, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Trummie Patrick, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.

Fellowship Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for King's Ridge Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-6.

Looking ahead, Fellowship Christian will head out on the road to square off against Paideia at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
