It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin County faced off against Rabun County on Wednesday. The Lions put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 16-3 win. Considering the Lions have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Franklin County's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-12. As for Rabun County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-22 record this season.

As of now, neither Franklin County nor Rabun County have any future games scheduled.
