Soccer Recap: Jefferson Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Jefferson won the last time they faced Los Angeles and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Jefferson Democrats never let the Los Angeles Romans onto the board and left with a 5-0 win. Ashley Chamu was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Jefferson's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three matchups. As for Los Angeles, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Looking ahead, Jefferson will be playing in front of their home fans against Dr. Maya Angelou Community at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dr. Maya Angelou Community will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Jefferson surely won't give up without a fight. Los Angeles does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
