Softball Recap: Earlsboro Comes Up Short

Earlsboro entered their game against Moss on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Wildcats fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 9-8. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Earlsboro's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Moss, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Earlsboro will face off against Wetumka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Moss, they will host Sasakwa at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
