Basketball Recap: Merion Mercy Academy Takes a Loss

Merion Mercy Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 43-21 to the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Magic. The Golden Bears were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Magic earlier this season, when they won 48-44.

Merion Mercy Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Mt. St. Joseph Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.

Merion Mercy Academy will venture away from home to take on Gwynedd Mercy Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mt. St. Joseph Academy, they will take on Villa Joseph Marie at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
