Despite the loss, George Washington still got an impressive performance from Celyne Vah, who scored 18 points. The match was Vah's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Raphaelle-Anne Compere was another key contributor, scoring six points.
George Washington's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Abraham Lincoln, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3.
George Washington will take on Academy at Palumbo at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Academy at Palumbo presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than George Washington in Pennsylvania (Academy at Palumbo is ranked 73rd, while George Washington is ranked 524th). As for Abraham Lincoln, they will head out on the road to face off against Penn Treaty at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
