Nobody could stop Lydia Liekhus on Tuesday as she struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with two or fewer walks. For the year, she has been strong no matter where she plays.
