Baseball Recap: Morrow Comes Up Short

Morrow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the McIntosh Chiefs, falling 9-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chiefs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Monday.

Morrow's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for McIntosh, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-10.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Morrow is set to square off against their familiar foe Dutchtown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, McIntosh will take on rival Northgate at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
