Softball Recap: Lenox Drops Season-High Score on Nodaway Valley

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lenox). Everything went their way against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines on Friday as they made off with a 21-3 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win snapped Lenox's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-11 record. As for Nodaway Valley, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Lenox will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolverines: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
