Basketball Recap: Saegertown Comes Up Short

Saegertown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 65-40 to the Maplewood Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since December 2, 2023.

Saegertown's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Maplewood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Saegertown will venture away from home to square off against Rocky Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maplewood, they will take on Youngsville at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
