Baseball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Washington's offense. They came up short against the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears on Tuesday, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 on Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Washington and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington will square off against Hapeville Charter at 6:00 p.m. on March 19th. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, they will head out to challenge Sonoraville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
