Oak Hills entered their tilt with Burroughs on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They strolled past the Burroughs Burros with points to spare, taking the game 52-36. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 52-44 win the Burros walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Burroughs had strong showings from Jhavmine Ave, who posted 17 points and five rebounds, and Kayla Davenport, who scored 11 points. Ave is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played.

Oak Hills' record now sits at 8-10. As for Burroughs, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-7.

Oak Hills has already played their next contest (against Serrano), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Burroughs will head out on the road to square off against Apple Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Burroughs is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.9 points per game this season.
