Recap: Pacific Collegiate Pumas vs. Notre Dame Spirits
The Pacific Collegiate Pumas's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their sixth straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 51-30 walloping at the hands of Notre Dame. Pacific Collegiate has not had much luck with Notre Dame recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Notre Dame to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aveena Ducusin, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Clarissa Medeiros, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Pacific Collegiate has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Notre Dame, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-10.
Pacific Collegiate and St. Francis will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. St. Francis will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something Pacific Collegiate surely won't give up without a fight. Notre Dame does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
