Ciani Scott produced her most outstanding game to date while leading West Catholic to the win on Tuesday. Conwell-Egan Catholic had no answer to Scott as she scored 15 points along with five blocks.
Scott and West Catholic will head out on the road to take on Archbishop Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Catholic will be headed into this one with a pretty big disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 110 places lower in Pennsylvania), but they're not letting that get them down.
