Softball Recap: Berryhill Takes a Loss

Berryhill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bristow Pirates. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Chiefs have suffered since September 24, 2024.

Berryhill's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bristow, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Berryhill will take on Bishop Kelley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bristow, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Davenport at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
