Soccer Recap: Spalding Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Spalding was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against the Northside Eagles, falling 3-0. If the Jaguars were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to them when the teams met back in February of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Spalding's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Northside, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Spalding has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Lovejoy on the 15th. As for Northside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 5-2 win against Griffin on the 15th.
