Football Recap: Turner Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Turner played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 56-6 defeat at the hands of the Seaman Vikings. The Golden Bears haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Despite the loss, Turner still got an impressive performance from Carlos Alexander, who rushed for 53 yards and one touchdown.

It was another big night for Cale Ketter, who threw for 264 yards and four TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes for Seaman. Josh Brown was in the mix as well, providing the Vikings with two scores.

Turner's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Seaman, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Turner will look to defend their home field on Friday against KIPP Legacy at 7:00 p.m. Turner will be up against KIPP Legacy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Seaman, they will head out to face off against Lansing on Friday.
