Baseball Recap: Archer Find Success

Archer gave up the first runs on Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against the Heritage Patriots by a score of 5-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

The team relied heavily on Apollo Bailey, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Kevin Briones-Martinez also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Archer's record now sits at 13-4. As for Heritage, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-6.

Archer will have a chance to go back-to-back against Heritage: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
