After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lumpkin County, Rabun County was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Rabun County's victory bumped their record up to 7-18. As for Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy, their loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-17.

Rabun County and Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 306th) will meet Stephens County (ranked 152nd) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy will face off against Elbert County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (373 vs. 43).
