Xander Gabbert Game Report: vs Columbus

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Xander Gabbert: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made five total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Parsons still had to take a 14-12 loss at the hands of Columbus. We hope Gabbert's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Gabbert and Parsons will take on Wellsville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles swept Burlington off the field in their last game, a feat they'll no doubt try to repeat.
