Baseball Game Preview: Northbridge Rams vs. Keefe Tech Broncos

The Northbridge Rams will challenge the Keefe Tech Broncos at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northbridge has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 18.

Northbridge lost 14-5 to Haverhill on Saturday.

Hopedale hit Keefe Tech with a seven-run first inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Broncos came up short against the Blue Raiders, falling 14-4. The Broncos haven't had much luck with the Blue Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Keefe Tech saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaxon Fertel, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two RBI. Kelton Fertel was another, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Northbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Keefe Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
