Football Recap: Altoona-Midway Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Altoona-Midway's offense. They were beaten by the Chetopa Hornets 48-0 on Friday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Jets were not able to get on the board.

Altoona-Midway's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Chetopa, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Altoona-Midway will head out on the road to challenge Ingalls on Friday. The Bulldogs' defense has only allowed 9.7 points per game this season, so the Jets' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Chetopa, they will welcome Peabody-Burns at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight.
