Recap: South Side Rams vs. Washington Prexies
The South Side Rams won the last time they faced the Washington Prexies, and things went their way on Thursday too. South Side enjoyed a cozy 56-40 win over Washington. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Side.
Despite the loss, Washington had strong showings from Olivia Woods, who scored 15 points along with three steals, and Taraysia Finley, who scored five points along with five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyndra Wynn, who scored six points along with six rebounds.
South Side's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Washington, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Bentworth the next time they take the court. South Side will host Bentworth at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Washington will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
