Softball Recap: LaFayette Takes a Loss

LaFayette fell victim to Sonoraville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Phoenix by a score of 1-0. The Ramblers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Phoenix apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

LaFayette now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Sonoraville, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, LaFayette will face off against Ringgold at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Sonoraville, they will square off against Winder-Barrow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
