There's no place like home for Hereford, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Kenwood Bluebirds with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 43-24. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulls also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2022.

Kenwood's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kairiece Carr, who picked up 143 receiving yards and four TDs. Carr was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 51 yards. Another signal caller making a difference was Malachi Johnson, who threw for 213 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes.

Hereford now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Kenwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Coming up, Hereford will be playing in front of their home fans against Randallstown at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kenwood, they will head out to face off against Dundalk at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
