Soccer Recap: Discovery Comes Up Short

Discovery lost against Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustang.

Discovery's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Discovery will challenge rival Valor Academy at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys is set to face off against their familiar foe Sun Valley Magnet at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
