Softball Recap: Forsyth Central Takes a Loss

Forsyth Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 14-1 to the North Forsyth Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent loss being a 17-5 defeat on Tuesday.

Forsyth Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-17-1. As for North Forsyth, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

Forsyth Central and North Forsyth will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Bulldogs see the field they'll take on West Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for North Forsyth, their break will end when they face West Forsyth at 5:00 p.m. on the 30th.
