Baseball Recap: Lakeside Comes Up Short

Lakeside fell victim to West Geauga and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 13-0. The loss continues a trend for the Dragons in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost six in a row.

Lakeside's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for West Geauga, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7-1 record this season.

Lakeside will venture away from home to square off against Canfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Geauga, they will face off against Streetsboro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
