Waverly extended their winning streak  to six  on Friday, bumping them up to 21-10. They blew past the Hastings Tigers 12-4. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by seven  runs or more this season.
 Eva Tucker was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs and three  RBI while going 2-for-4. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in September.  Reagan Glassburner was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Waverly was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .500. They are 14-1 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
As for Hastings, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-10 record  this season. Those  losses can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.3 runs over those games.
 On Hastings' side,  BROOKE OCHSNER was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 1-for-3 with one  home run and three  RBI.
Waverly will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
