River City extends home winning streak to four

Recap: River City Raiders vs. River Valley Falcons

The River City Raiders had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past River Valley 52-31. River City might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Avneeth Gill, who scored 12 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Gill continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Tanvi Joshi was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 12 rebounds.

River City has yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 5-2 record. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for River Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

River City will be playing in front of their home fans against Pioneer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. River Valley's road trip will continue as they head out to face Winters at 6:30 p.m. on December 7th.
