Basketball Recap: Chestnut Ridge Takes a Loss

Chestnut Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 67-29 loss at the hands of the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-14.

Chestnut Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Bellwood-Antis, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chestnut Ridge will challenge Westmont Hilltop at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellwood-Antis, they will square off against Bald Eagle Area at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
