Softball Recap: Muskogee Comes Up Short

Muskogee lost against Owasso on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Roughers fell just short of the Rams by a score of 4-3. The Roughers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Muskogee's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Owasso, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Muskogee will face off against Broken Arrow at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Roughers 3.8, the Tigers 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Owasso, they will take on Charles Page at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The last five games the Sandites have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
