Volleyball Recap: Carolina Forest Falls Short Against Ranked Wilson Hall

Carolina Forest faced Wilson Hall in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Barons. The game marked the first time this year in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

While Carolina Forest was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-22.

Having lost for the first time this season, Carolina Forest fell to 5-1. As for Wilson Hall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Carolina Forest has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Laney on the 25th. As for Wilson Hall, they will square off against Sumter at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
