Lambert had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the North Gwinnett Bulldogs on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but Lambert sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Lambert pushed their record up to 14-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those four matches. As for North Gwinnett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Lambert nor North Gwinnett have any future games scheduled.
