Baseball Recap: Berrien Comes Up Short

Berrien lost against Worth County back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rebels came up short against the Rams, falling 14-4. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Berrien saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Conor Nix, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Berrien's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Worth County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Worth County beat Berrien by a score of 5-0 on Friday.
