Soccer Recap: McEachern Takes a Loss

McEachern managed to keep up with Cass until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The McEachern Indians came up short against the Cass Colonels, falling 6-1. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Indians when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

McEachern is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Cass, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record.

Looking ahead, McEachern will face off against New Manchester at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McEachern has given up an average of 3.2 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Cass, they will take on Southeast Whitfield County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southeast Whitfield County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.
