Preview: North vs. Robbinsdale Cooper
If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Robbinsdale Cooper. On Friday they take on North at 7:00 PM. North will need to watch out since Robbinsdale Cooper have now posted big point totals in their last six contests.
Last Friday, Robbinsdale Cooper put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They put a hurting on Richfield to the tune of 62-0. The win was familiar territory for Robbinsdale Cooper, who now have six in a row.
Meanwhile, we expected North to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Spring Lake Park, and they did. North have to be aching after a bruising 13-47 loss to Spring Lake Park. North's loss continues a disappointing trend for the squad, making it six losses in a row.
Robbinsdale Cooper took the matchup and then some with a 46-7 victory the last time the two teams met over North. Will Robbinsdale Cooper repeat their success, or does North have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
