Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peachtree Ridge). They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Norcross Blue Devils on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Peachtree Ridge's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for Norcross, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Peachtree Ridge will square off against rival Parkview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Norcross is set to take on their familiar foe Brookwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
