After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kasson-Mantorville, Washburn was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They claimed a resounding 27-0 victory over the Roosevelt Teddies. The win continues a trend for the Millers in their matchups with the Teddies: they've now won four in a row.

Washburn now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
